Dr.Singkome Tima
Dr. Singkome Tima, M.Sc. (Medical Technology) Member and secretary of AMS Cancer Research Unit and MT Cancer research Unit, Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences, Chiang Mai University, Thailand. Mr. Singkome Tima is a medical technologist of Division of Clinical Microscopy, Department of Medical Technology, Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences at the Chiang Mai University, Thailand. He received a Master degree of Science in Medical Technology from Department of Medical Technology, Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences, Chiang Mai University. Now, he is a Ph.D. candidate from the Program of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, Graduate School, Chiang Mai University. His doctoral research involves in preparation and evaluation curcumin nanoparticles as a drug delivery system (DDS) for targeted therapy of leukemia. He spent some parts of his thesis research at School of Pharmacy, The University of Kansas, USA, to design the FLT3-specific peptides and formulate the FLT3-specific curcumin nanoparticles. His research of interest is focused on cancer treatment, cancer targeting, especially leukemia, using various types of nonocarrier systems.
