RUJIREK CHAIWONGSA, PhD Member of AMS Cancer Research Unit and MT Cancer Research Unit, Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences, Chiang Mai University, Thailand Rujirek Chaiwongsa is a lecturer at Division of Transfusion Science, Department of Medical Technology, Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences, Chiang Mai University (Chiang Mai, Thailand) since 2013. She obtained her PhD at Chiang Mai University (Chiang Mai, Thailand) in 2012. She completed her doctoral research on "In vitro Investigation of Chondroprotective Activity of Active Compounds Isolated from Zingiber cassumunar Roxb." Her doctoral research was conducted at Department of Biochemistry, Faculty of Medicine,Chiang Mai University, Thailand. Currently, her research is focused on anticancer drug developments from natural products.
